Create & Elate began in 2019 in Germany, then moved to Bulgaria in 2020, where we built the internal team that runs production today. Both founders come from corporate finance: Elena from transaction advisory at PwC and investor services at J.P. Morgan, Semion from Eurex, Europe’s largest derivatives exchange, and four years in management consulting across capital markets. That background shapes how we run: a standard you can’t fudge, and full ownership of the result.

Before Create & Elate she worked in transaction advisory at PwC and investor services at J.P. Morgan, then left finance to build a video company. She is the partner closest to our clients: she owns the relationships and the customer success that turn a first conversation into a long-term account. She also steers the creative direction and leads the team that delivers the work.
He began at Eurex, Europe’s largest derivatives exchange and part of Deutsche Börse Group, then spent four years in management consulting across capital markets before co-founding Create & Elate. He runs the company end to end: the strategy and the P&L, the delivery system behind our output, and the AI tooling that keeps production fast. He sets the standard the work ships at.

We're a Bulgarian company based in Sofia, with an internal team serving clients internationally. Production runs from our own team, and we can arrange on-site shoots through Filming & Editing when a project calls for it.
