FAQ

Questions Before You Send It

Is the Free Video Audit really free?

Yes. You send one video, a senior editor records a 5 to 7 minute teardown, and we send it back. No card on file, no contract, and the recording is yours to keep whether or not we ever work together.

How long is the teardown and what's in it?

It's a 5 to 7 minute recorded Loom. You'll hear and see an editor walk through your hook, retention, pacing, packaging and edit quality, with timestamped notes, and then name the single biggest opportunity to fix next.

Why do you ask where my video is today and my role?

So the teardown is actually useful. Knowing where your video is today tells us what level of advice fits, and your role (optional) helps us point you to the right next step instead of wasting your time. We review every request by hand.

How soon will I get it back?

Usually within a few business days. A real person is recording it, so it isn't instant, but it's quick, and you'll get a far more honest read than any automated score.

What happens after the audit?

If video is worth pursuing for you, we'll suggest the right move, often the Content Engine for ongoing video, or the paid Video Roadmap if you want a plan first. If it isn't worth it yet, we'll tell you that too.

Do I have to hire you afterward?

No. There's no obligation and no follow-up pressure. Plenty of people take the audit, fix the one thing we flagged, and run with it. We'd rather earn the work than corner you into it.
