A Production Team Behind Your Publishing Cadence

You are the voice, the face and the ideas. We are the team that turns one filming session into long-form, shorts and social cuts, on a schedule you can publish around. You stay on camera and on the strategy. We carry the editing, the packaging and the volume, so the output grows while your week stays yours.

Where It Breaks Down

The ideas are not the hard part. You know your audience, you know what to make and you can sit down and record it any day of the week. What eats the week is everything after the camera stops: the long-form cut, the five shorts pulled from it, the captions, the packaging and the upload, every piece on its own deadline. Editing it yourself turns into a second full-time job, and the moment you stop, the feed goes quiet and the momentum you built starts to cool.

Hand it to one freelancer and you trade editing hours for managing hours, briefing, chasing and re-explaining the style every time. A single editor is also a single point of failure: they take a week off and the pipeline stalls. So you grow as far as one person can carry, then stall there. We become the team behind the cadence: one shoot feeds the long-form, the shorts and the social, finished to the same standard every time, shipping on a schedule you set. You keep making. We keep it flowing.

One Shoot, a Full Slate of Content

Each filming session becomes long-form, shorts and social cuts, so a day on camera feeds a week of publishing instead of one upload.

A Cadence That Does Not Stall at a Holiday

We keep backup coverage, so the feed keeps shipping even when one person is out, and the momentum you built holds.

The Same Team, Your Style Learned Once

The same editor and producer every month means your look holds across every cut, and you brief once instead of re-explaining the style each week.

You Stay the Creator, We Stay Behind You

You keep the voice, the face and the ideas. We carry the editing, the packaging and the volume, and the work goes out under your name.

FAQ

Questions Creators Ask

Do I send you footage, or do you film it too?

Both work. Most creators film themselves and hand us the raw footage, and we run the editing, shorts and packaging through Filming & Editing. When you want a higher production bar, we can also direct and shoot the session on-site or in-studio, so the footage cuts together cleanly from the start.

How is this different from hiring one editor?

A single editor is a pair of hands you still have to brief, chase and cover when they are out. We are a team. You get a dedicated editor and producer, a defined pipeline, agreed turnaround and backup capacity, so the cadence holds even on a holiday and you spend your time making videos instead of managing the edit.

Can you turn one shoot into shorts and social too?

Yes, that is the core of the Content Engine. We pull long-form, shorts and social cuts from a single filming session, so one day on camera feeds a full week of publishing across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

How do you keep everything consistent with my style?

Your dedicated team learns your look, pacing, templates and references once, during onboarding, then works to them on every cut. Because it is the same people each month rather than a rotating bench, the style holds across long-form and shorts without you reviewing every frame.

I already have an editor. Can you still help?

Yes. When you have an editor or a small team and want the work to hit a higher bar, Production Support sits above them with senior creative direction, QA and the systems that keep quality steady as your volume grows. Your team keeps producing and owns the output.

How do you set the scope and pricing?

It depends on your cadence, the platforms and how much you want us to run. There is no public rate card and no self-serve checkout. A Free Video Audit costs nothing, and we agree the right scope with you on a quick call. You can also weigh the in-house vs fractional trade-offs.
