An unlimited subscription does one thing: it edits the work you feed a queue. Create & Elate is the full range above that. We can run your video end to end, reinforce the team you already have, or steer the strategy, whichever fits where you are.
Unlimited-request services solved a real problem: predictable pricing for editing without a retainer negotiation. The catch is the shape of it. It is one function, a queue you feed and wait on, worked one at a time, so "unlimited" means unlimited waiting, not unlimited output. The work goes to whoever is free, the brief sits with you, and nobody owns whether the video earns its place. Create & Elate covers the whole range instead: we can run the work end to end, reinforce a team you already have, or steer the strategy. Read the table before you read the price.
| What matters | Unlimited subscription | Create & Elate |
|---|---|---|
| What you're actually buying | One function: an editing queue you feed | A full range: run it, reinforce your team, or steer the strategy |
| How fast you get a video back | Queued one at a time, so turnaround stretches as you submit more | A dedicated team with agreed turnaround windows |
| What "unlimited" really is | Unlimited requests, not unlimited throughput | A planned volume your calendar can actually hold |
| Who does the work | Whoever's free in the pool, so it rotates | The same editors, learning your style over time |
| Quality ceiling | Built for fast turnarounds, capped at "good enough" | Brand-grade packaging, motion and a QA pass on every cut |
| Strategy and roadmap | You decide what to make; they only execute | We plan what's worth making and why, when you want us to |
| If you already have a team | Still just a queue; your team and its bar are on their own | Senior QA, creative direction and training that lift the team you have |
| Filming and on-site | Edit-only, so you source the footage | On-site shoots available as part of the work |
One fractional video team, three ways in. We can run your production, reinforce the team you have, or steer the direction. Pick the one that fits where you are.
Not quite. Most unlimited services let you submit unlimited requests, but they work them one at a time. Add more requests and the queue gets longer, so the real limit is throughput, not requests. We scope a volume your calendar can actually hold and tell you the turnaround up front. The number depends on scope and volume, and there is no public rate card.
Because work is queued. When you and every other client submit at once, your video waits its turn. With a dedicated team and an agreed volume, your turnaround is planned rather than dependent on how busy the pool is that week.
The sticker can be lower. The hidden cost is in the hours you spend briefing and re-briefing a rotating editor, the videos that ship at "good enough", and the strategy nobody owns. A subscription buys one function; we price for whichever part of the system you need, from running it end to end, to a roadmap, to QA and a team that learns your brand. It depends on scope and volume, and there is no public rate card. Compare the real numbers, not just the headline.
For straightforward edits, often yes, and without the queue effect. We also tend to need fewer revision rounds because the same editors know your style, so the video is closer to right the first time. The Content Engine is built around a steady rhythm.
All of it, which a queue can't. An unlimited service is edit-only, so you supply the footage and the plan. We work three ways: run production end to end through the Content Engine, including on-site Filming & Editing; reinforce a team you already have with Production Support; or steer the strategy with a Video Roadmap so every video has a reason to exist. You pick the one that fits.
Usual signs: the queue keeps pushing your launches back, the work looks generic next to your brand, or you're spending more time managing requests than running the business. Start with a Free Video Audit and we'll give you a straight read.
