Camera and Edit, One Team

Filming & Editing turns a plan into finished video. A crew comes to you, captures the footage on location, and routes it straight to the same team that edits your long-form and clips. You stay in front of the camera, the production runs around you, and finished work keeps shipping every week.

Where Filming & Editing Fits

The Stage Where the Plan Becomes Video

Filming & Editing is the production stage of the Content Engine, the done-for-you mode where we run your video end to end. Strategy & Planning decides what to make and why; this stage makes it. A crew captures the footage on location when a shoot is called for, and the same team cuts it into finished long-form and clips. From here, Packaging & Distribution gets the finished work in front of the right audience. Take production on its own, or let it run as part of the full Content Engine.

What Is Included

The production stage, in full

Capture and edit handled inside one team, from the shoot day to finished video ready to publish. The crew that shoots is part of the team that cuts, so the footage is captured to edit.

  • Pre-production and shot list Every setup mapped to your content calendar before the shoot day.
  • A crew on-site A director and camera operator come to you for the shoot day.
  • Cinema-grade capture Cinema cameras and lenses, lighting, and lav and boom audio.
  • Live direction on the day The room is run for you, so on-camera talent looks its best.
  • Footage routed to the edit Backed up, organized and into the edit the same day, no gap.
  • Finished long-form and clips Long-form, shorts and clips, cut by the team that knows your brand.
How Filming & Editing Runs

From a Call to Finished Video

  1. Tell Us What Goes on Camera

On a quick call you tell us what you want to capture and where you are. We confirm the shoot makes sense and where it fits into your plan.

  2. We Scope the Right Crew

We size the crew, the gear and the number of days to the footage you actually need, then add filming onto your retainer or project.

  3. We Build the Shot List

Pre-production maps every setup to your content calendar, so one day on location feeds long-form, shorts and repurposed clips.

  4. The Crew Shoots on Location

A director and operator come to you, run the room, coach the talent and review takes live until we have what the edit needs.

  5. The Edit Turns Footage Into Finished Video

Everything is backed up and routed into the edit the same day. The same team cuts it into finished long-form, shorts and clips, ready to publish.

Your Risk Is Covered

30-Day Exit

Leave on 30 Days' Notice

Production runs inside a plan you can step out of with 30 days' notice. You are never locked into a long contract to keep a crew on call. If the work is not landing, you can walk.

Audit Credit Forward

Your Audit Is Never Wasted

Start with a Free Video Audit and, if you go on to film and edit with us, the work in that teardown carries forward. You start ahead, and the first shoot builds on what we already learned.

Why film and edit with us
7 Years

A camera crew that already knows your brand, because it sits inside the same team editing your videos every week.

7Years in Business

13,000Videos Produced

The Crew Is Part of Your Team

The people on location are the same people editing your video. They know your brand, your hooks and your style before they ever set up a light, so the footage is shot to cut.

Shot for the Edit, Not Just the Day

We plan coverage around how the footage will be cut. You leave a shoot day with material for long-form, shorts and clips, and an editor who already has a plan for all of it.

One Shoot, Weeks of Content

A single well-planned day stocks your calendar for a month or more. We build the shot list so every setup earns its place in your publishing schedule.

One Team, Camera to Cut

You brief us once. Capture and edit live inside the same team, so the footage moves from camera to finished video with no separate vendor to manage and no handoff gap.

FAQ

Questions About Filming & Editing

Can I book a shoot without being on a plan?

On-site filming is an add-on to an active retainer or project, the capture layer for video we are already producing with you. If you are new to Create & Elate, start with a Free Video Audit and we will map out the right plan first, then add a shoot when it makes sense.

Where do you film? Do you travel?

Yes. On-site shoots run wherever you are: your office, clinic, studio or location. Our core team works remotely and edits from anywhere, so we deploy a crew to you for the shoot day and run the rest of the production remotely. Travel is scoped per location on the call.

What does a shoot day cover?

It covers the on-site crew, cinema cameras, lighting and audio, live direction on the day, and organized footage routed straight into the edit. The scope depends on crew size, location and the number of days. We set the right scope with you on a call.

Who edits the footage afterward?

The same team. Capture and edit live together under your Content Engine or project, so the shoot gets you clean, organized footage and the edit turns it into finished long-form, shorts and repurposed clips. One shoot day usually fuels weeks of content.

How much content comes out of one shoot day?

More than you would expect. A well-planned day gives us material for long-form videos plus a stack of shorts and clips for YouTube, Instagram and beyond. We build the shot list around your calendar so the footage maps to what you need to publish.

Do you handle the strategy too, or just the camera and the cut?

Both, when you want it. The shoot and the edit are this stage. For the bigger plan, what to film, in what order and why, that is Strategy & Planning or a Video Roadmap.
