Tallene Hacatoryan teaches women how to manage PCOS through gluten-free nutrition, movement, and daily habits. Her Cysterhood community and app carry the lessons past the videos, and the catalog spans long-form education, podcasts, cooking reels, course modules, and member testimonials.

Featured · What Causes PCOS & How to Reverse Symptoms · Long-Form
The audience expects new video every week, across formats that each carry their own standard: long-form teaching, a podcast, short cooking reels, and course lessons. Sustaining that bar over years, at a weekly pace, takes a production partner who already knows the show.
02What we built
C&E runs the editing and packaging across every format, from long-form episodes and the podcast to cooking reels, course modules, and testimonial compilations, tuned to the way each one is watched. The cadence stays weekly and the format mix stays consistent, so the show ships on schedule without renegotiating the standard each time.
03Where it stands
Since May 2021, C&E has delivered 489+ projects on a dependable weekly cadence. Over the same period their YouTube audience grew from about 19,000 to more than 390,000 and their Instagram community reached roughly a million, with two videos passing 1.1 million and 970,000 views. Those audience numbers belong to the client; the steady weekly output is the part C&E holds.
The Work
Every video from this engagement
Eight videos across six formats, all playing on this page. Pick one from the list and press play.
Workout videos carry their own standard: every movement has to be easy to follow from the screen. We edited this home session so a viewer can train along in real time, without rewinding. It sits in the same weekly rotation as the teaching episodes and holds the same bar.
The weekly long-form episode is the spine of the catalog, and this is the kind of dense subject it exists for. We paced the edit for a viewer taking notes, with the packaging matched to how the episode is found and watched. Episodes like this have shipped weekly since May 2021.
Course lessons carry the program members pay for, so the edit has to stay out of the way. We built the opening lesson of the PCOS-type course as a clean, focused learning view. The same treatment holds across the module, so the course feels like one product.
The podcast runs alongside the main show and doubles the weekly output the audience expects. We edit each episode for a clean listen and cut the visuals to match the conversation. Episode 298 shows the standard holding nearly three hundred episodes in.
The cooking reels bring one recipe to Instagram and TikTok in under a minute, vertical and fast. We cut the steps so the recipe lands even with the sound off. Short-form keeps the brand present between the weekly episodes.
The Cysterhood app needed a store page video that explains the product in seconds. We cut this promo to carry the product story on its own. The same standard, pointed at a conversion surface.
A sales page gets one shot at the moment of decision. This promo carries the offer by itself, edited to hold attention from the first frame. It runs on the page where the audience decides to join.
Member stories make the case better than any claim the brand could write. We edited individual testimonials into one continuous piece for the site and social. It gives the audience proof in the members' own words.
Mockup control · not shipped · testimonial states
The band adapts to whatever a client consents to: recorded video with a written quote, a quote alone, a captured email excerpt, or nothing. Stand-in content while Tallene's testimonial is pending consent: the quote is a real line from The Sleeve Clinic, and the video slot plays this engagement's member compilation.
