White-Label Editing for Videographers & Photographers

Every strong shoot day earns an edit week, and the edit week decides how many clients a studio can take. We sit behind your studio as its white-label post-production team: weddings, events and brand films cut to your style guide, delivered under your brand, by editors your clients never meet.

When the Edit Queue Runs the Studio

The Second Shift Starts at Wrap

The cameras pack down and the real night begins: culling, syncing, cutting, grading. The hours that should go to the next pitch, the next shoot or a night off go to the timeline instead.

The Queue Caps the Calendar

Every booking accepted is an edit owed. Past a certain number of weddings and events a month, the backlog decides when the studio stops selling, long before demand does.

Hiring In-House Is a Big Swing

A full-time editor means salary, management and a bet that bookings stay steady all year. Freelancers fill gaps, then leave, and every new one starts from zero on the style.

Clients Keep Asking for Video

Photography clients want films, brand clients want cutdowns, and saying yes means building a post pipeline overnight. Saying no leaves the work to whoever says yes.

Peak Season Stacks the Deadlines

A wedding, a gala and two brand shoots land in the same fortnight, each client expecting highlights while the moment is still warm. The deadlines collide exactly when shooting fills every day.

Handing Off the Edit Feels Risky

The look is the brand, and a stranger's cut going out under the studio's name is a real fear. Outsourcing only works when the style is learned, matched and held, delivery after delivery.

How We Work

Simple to start, built to last

You book a call, we scope the pipeline, then the first handoff goes in. Every delivery after that ships under your brand.

01 Step

Book a call

A 30-minute working session, no pitch. Walk us through the formats you shoot, the volume in the pipeline and where the queue hurts most.

03 Step

Get working

The first projects are where we learn the style guide. After that the same editors hold it cycle after cycle, and you are back behind the camera while the queue clears.

A Dedicated Team That Learns the Style

The same editors work your account every cycle. They build a style guide from past deliveries, pacing, grade, titles and sound, and hold it so the twentieth cut matches the first.

White Label as a Working Rule

The studio's brand on every export, review in private links, and an NDA signed whenever you need one. Clients see the studio and only the studio.

Capacity Without the Hire

Take the extra wedding or the bigger retainer without a salary underneath it. Engagements run in 30-day cycles, so the desk scales up for peak season and back down after.

A Premium Partner, Not a Volume Tap

One point of contact and a monthly strategy call, not a ticket queue. We guarantee quality, never a meaningless promise of results.

FAQ

Questions Videographers & Photographers Ask

Do you work white label?

Yes, end to end. Every delivery carries your studio's branding, review happens in private links, and we sign an NDA whenever you need one. Your clients book you, brief you and thank you. We stay in the background, which is where a post-production partner belongs.

Will the edits match our style?

That is the core of the job. We build a style guide from your past deliveries, covering pacing, grade, titles, transitions and sound, then hold it on every cut. The same editors stay on the account, so the match tightens project after project. The free audit shows how we read a style before you commit to anything.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Wedding and event films, highlight reels, brand films, promos and social cutdowns. We already cut event films, parades, galas and brand films for studios like Matthew Reid Photography and SkyHaus Media. If a booking brings in a format we have not handled for you yet, we scope it on the same call.

How does the footage handoff work?

You offload, we take it from there. We agree a cloud handoff that fits how you already back up your cards, confirm receipt on every project, and deliver finals in the formats your clients expect. Turnaround is agreed per format before the first handoff, so the queue becomes a schedule instead of a worry.

Can we scale up for peak season only?

Yes. Engagements run in 30-day cycles, so the desk scales up for wedding season or a stacked event month and back down after. Every multi-month engagement also includes the 30-Day Exit: if the first month is not right, you walk away owing only month one and any work delivered.

Who owns the footage and the finals?

You do. Raw footage and the final exports of every project are yours, delivered under your brand and free to use however you want. Working project files and any stock we license stay with us, which is standard. Nothing we hold reaches your clients except through you.
