Replaces the four stacked pill rails on the portfolio index with a single filter control, so the video grid lands on screen one.
Panel pick · Proposal 2, Product Utility (advisory). Recuts the ratified control vocabulary into one calm toolbar with honest per-value counts; the only proposal that satisfies every locked behavioral requirement, and the cheapest correct implementation.

Four stacked pill rails become one toolbar row of multi-select facet dropdowns, recut from the site's own vocabulary (sol-tab pill, dd popover, wk-chip chips) so it reads as the same site.
